For the parent who carries every detail

When you can’t be there,
they’ll still be known.

Parachute keeps everything you know about caring for your child, their routines, their comforts, the words that calm them, so whoever comes next can care for them the way you do. You can start with just one thing.

We are all falling here.
This helps us land gently.

The fear no one says out loud

“What happens to them when I’m not there?”

You answer it once. Parachute remembers.

Why you can trust us with this

We built this because we needed it for our son.

We are Dr. Lisa Liberatore and Dr. Dimitri Kessaris. We are physicians, and we are Michael’s parents. Michael has very limited expressive language. He cannot tell a new caregiver what he needs, what hurts, or what brings him back when a day turns hard. So the thought of someone caring for him without us, without knowing what only we know, kept us up at night. For 25 years we have carried every detail of his care in our heads. Parachute is that knowledge, made safe to hand to the people who will love him when we no longer can.

It is gentler than you think.

No forms to fill out. No plan you have to finish today. You talk, and it takes shape.

1

Tell it once

Speak or type what you know, in your own words. Their morning, what calms them, what to avoid, the little things only you remember.

2

Share a key

Hand a private key to a caregiver, a sibling, a new aide, whenever you are ready. They see only what you choose.

3

They arrive knowing

On the very first day, whoever steps in already understands your child. The care never starts from zero.

See exactly what they’ll see.

Your child’s day, their cues, the words that bring them back. The moment a new caregiver opens the key, they already understand. This is the real app, the screen a caregiver opens on a shift.

Your child’s information is yours. Private by default, encrypted, never sold, and revocable the moment you change your mind. You stay in control, always.

You don’t have to do it all today.

Write down one thing you know about caring for your child. We’ll hold the rest, for as long as it takes.
